Dr. A Parasuraman ("Parsu") is an Emeritus Professor and Holder of the James W. McLamore Chair in Marketing at the School of Business, University of Miami. He is also the Chairperson of AIM Parasuraman Centre for Service Excellence at Jagdish Sheth School of Management.
Dr. Parasuraman was selected as one of the "Ten Most Influential Figures in Quality" in 1988 by the editorial board of The Quality Review, co-published by the American Quality Foundation and the American Society for Quality Control. He received the Academy of Marketing Science’s “Outstanding Marketing Educator Award” in 2001 and was designated as a “Distinguished Fellow” of the Academy in 2004. He has also been named to the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.)’s “Guru Gallery,” which profiles the 50 leading marketing thinkers worldwide.
Dr. Parasuraman has published over 130 articles in scholarly journals and has served as the editor of the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (1997- 2000) and the Journal of Service Research(2005-2009). He has authored several books, consulted with many companies, and conducted several executive seminars on service quality, customer satisfaction and the role of technology in service delivery across the globe.

Prof. Rakesh Mediratta brings with him a very rich corporate experience. He has worked as a senior business development professional before joining academia. His three decades of industry experience include senior leadership positions like being the National Sales Head at Park Avenue, Raymond Ltd; and Vice President-Retail at Vodafone.
A BITS Pilani graduate, Prof. Mediratta has also worked as an Associate Professor at IMT Ghaziabad. One of the most popular faculty on campus, Prof. Mediratta is a subject matter expert in Sales and Distribution, Services Marketing, and Strategic Marketing.
Prof. Mediratta is credited with many path breaking initiatives in academic delivery in a fast-paced institute building process. His research interest lies in omni-channel customer experience.Educational Qualification:
Dr. Navneet Sharma is a leading intellectual in the area of competition law, market regulation and corporate social responsibility. Prior to IFIM, he served at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, a think-tank of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, as Head of School of Competition Law and Market Regulation. He anchored the National CSR Awards, apex recognition by the Government.
His academic associations in the past has been with CUTS Institute of Regulation and Competition (as Director), Eritrea Institute of Technology, NE Africa (as Assistant Professor) and JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (as Assistant Professor). His professional engagements as advisor has been with Economic Laws Practice (as Senior Economist), EU-funded Haryana Community Forestry Project (as consultant) and Indian Institute of Rural Management (as Research Fellow).
Dr. Sharma has worked with a number of high level committees of Govt of India, namely, Planning Commission Working Group on Competition Policy (2011), High Level Committee for Framing India’s National Competition Policy (2011-12), High Level Committee for Reforming Business Environment in India (2013-14), Steering Committee of National CSR Awards (2016 – 19). He is credited to have led the roll-out of the first of its kind long-term courses in the area of competition law and market regulation in India.

Dr. Asit Barma has over 30 years of industry and academic experience having played senior leadership roles in CMC (formerly IBM & now TCS); Tech Mahindra; Hinduja Tech; Value Labs. Dr. Asit helped industries reap the benefit of digital technology to create digital commerce, superior customer experiences, stakeholder engagements and build compelling brands across various industry domains. During his career, Asit has architected the making of several successful corporate brands and received recognitions from many global industry analysts. Prior to IFIM, Prof Asit taught at IMT Ghaziabad as a professor in marketing area. He is also a visiting faculty to IIM Kashipur.

Prof. Anand is a corporate turned academician with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning Brand Marketing, Advertising, Consulting and Academics. He is also a faculty resource at IIM-Bangalore for Executive Programs and for companies such as Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).
His teaching and research interests are in the areas of Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Consumer Culture, Shopper Marketing, and Creativity & Innovation.

Dr.M.Sivagnanasundaram is an Associate Professor in the area of Marketing at IFIM Business School (Now Jagdish Sheth School of Management). He obtained his Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Trichy for his thesis on Consumer adoption of self-service technologies. He received his MBA and B.E degrees from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has about two decades of experience in teaching and about five years of experience in Industry. Before Joining IFIM Business School (Now Jagdish Sheth School of Management), he was working with Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad. At IMT Hyderabad, Dr. Siva has taught B2B Marketing, Services Marketing, and Marketing Research courses and introduced new courses like Marketing Analytics & Marketing Metrics. He was instrumental in driving change as Area Chairperson- Marketing and IQAC Chairperson. Dr. Siva had been associated with Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar as well. Besides teaching Marketing courses at KIAMS he was actively involved with designing and delivering MDPs in the marketing area to the Kirloskar group executives.
Dr.Siva has been regularly conducting workshops on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Data Analysis using SPSS. He teaches Marketing Analytics course through Python.

Prof. Rajesh Kumar, a seasoned techno-marketing professional, brings with him more than 20 years of industry and teaching experience. He has created, contributed to, and nurtured brands from scratch. During his corporate stints Rajesh translated corporate vision and mission into outcome driven marketing programs. He has built compelling brand experiences in services and in productized services in technology domain across different industries leveraging a mix of traditional and digital marketing realms. Rajesh is a visiting faculty at IMT Ghaziabad, and an entrepreneur.
Rajesh has built and sustained effective relationship with an ecosystem of industry chambers such as CII, Society of Automotive Engineers, Automation Alley, Management Associations and effectively utilized them to bring exposure to the brand. He has enabled alliances with leading technology vendors. He has built a network of vendors to ensure lean marketing operations.

Prof. Pravin Mishra is a communication designer, an award-winning filmmaker, and an accomplished painter. His numerous accolades include ‘National Critics Award’ at the prestigious Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF’04) by Government of India and 'Best Documentary Film Award' at Ahmedabad International Film Festival (AIFF’09).
An alumnus of National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Prof. Mishra has been a weekly columnist with TOI’s ‘Ahmedabad Mirror’ for over 5 years. He has also been a regular contributor to ‘The Quint’ and ‘The Print’. In 2004, he designed 'Casa da India' (House of India) pavilion in the World Social Forum (WSF) in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Dr. Supriyo Ghose brings a strong blend of corporate experience and academic excellence. He has an academic and corporate experience of over 25 years, including 14 years in top IT companies and 10 years in higher educational institutions. His corporate affiliations include brands like TCS, PwC, Mahindra Satyam and Infosys, where he played leadership roles in managing and leading missioncritical engagements for international clients. Nearly five years of his industry experience were in the US and Europe.
Dr. Supriyo Ghose started his teaching career at IIM Calcutta, where he was an Associate Professor in MIS. He introduced new courses on Analytics at IIM. Other than IIM, he also served at Amrita University, Alliance University and IMS Unison University as Professor, Area Chair and Dean respectively. At Jagdish Sheth School of Management, he teaches courses such as Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning with Python, and Decision-Making Science, besides being the Area Chair for the fast-growing Analytics area. Prof. Parameshwar HS has 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Sales, Consultancy, Financial Market Data Operations, Program Management, Start- up / Entrepreneurship, and Education Management. A major part of his stint has been with Thomson Reuters. He was a part of their financial data providing business unit, handling various roles across levels in the areas of Financial Market Data Operations, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business Process Re-Engineering.
As an entrepreneur, he has dabbled with Product Development, Market Sizing, Business Plan Canvas, Business Development and Go-To-Market Strategy in the space of retail analytics. Earlier in his career, he worked in a team of consultants, which worked on assignments that include Turnaround Management, Rehabilitation of sick industrial companies [to be presented before Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction-BIFR], Restructuring, Preparation of Detailed Project Reports for new projects, Techno-Economic Feasibility studies, Industry and Financial analysis, and the like. Dr. Sasmita Giri has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. She was awarded university Gold medal in MBA and attained JRF/NET certification by UGC. Her Doctoral thesis is on financial econometrics, titled ‘impact of introduction index futures on Indian stock market volatility: application of GARCH Model’.
As the PGP Chair at IFIM and as an Associate Professor – Finance, she is using her knowledge and skills as well as various modern pedagogical methods in teaching and research.
Her areas of interest in teaching are: Security Analysis & Portfolio Management; Financial Management & Accounting; Cost & Management Accounting; Financial Modelling. Dr. Sangita is an educator and researcher with more than 20 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and post graduate level. Her doctoral thesis on ‘Information Technology sector In India: its Structure and Impact on the Economy’ received applause in view of the growing impact of the sector on Indian economy.
Her research interests include Development Economics, Financial Economics, Gender Economics and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Sengupta is an accomplished management teacher, researcher and consultant. He has been teaching management science for more than 30 years and was affiliated with reputed organizations like IISWBM – Calcutta; ICFAI; IMT, Ghaziabad, to name a few. He also taught at IIM- Ranchi, IIFT, IMI- Kolkata as a visiting faculty.

Regarded as one of the top Analytics Professor in the country today, Dr Subramanyam was the chair Professor (July 1998-Feb 2013) & officiating Director (April 2009 to Jan 2010) at FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
Dr. Subramanyam has a vast experience of more than 34 years in R&D, Academic & Industry in the area of Quantitative Techniques & IT. Dr.Sridevi was engaged in a faculty led research project on “A Study On Total Expense Ratios of Mutual Funds in India”, a report submitted to the regulator. She is also a visiting faculty/subject matter expert with NSE Academy and worked on content development projects in capital markets area for a leading MNC.

He is a Strategic HR Consultant, Committee Member at ICAI, having a rich experience of more than 25 years.Educational Qualification:
Dr. Chaudhuri has over four decades of experience in teaching, research and consultancy. He was a visiting scholar at Kellogg Graduate School of Management (North Western University, USA), and Manchester Business School (UK). In India, he was a faculty member in the North Bengal University; Burdwan University; Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (Professor in Finance); International Management Institute, Delhi (Professor in Finance); and IMT Ghaziabad (Distinguished Professor in Finance). He was the Executive Director of IPE Global Ltd. (New Delhi) - a global consulting firm engaged in the development sectors, during December 2007 to January 2017, and the Chief Economic Advisor posted in Kenya (2018-19), prior to joining IFIM as a Senior Professor.
His expertise and research interest includes: (i) corporate financial management; (ii) security analysis and investment management; (iii) derivatives and risk management; (iv) infrastructure project appraisal and financing, including financial modelling of public-private-partnership (PPP) projects; (v) public financial management (PFM), including public expenditure review (PER); public expenditure tracking survey (PETS) and quantitative service delivery survey (QSDS); medium term expenditure framework (MTEF); fiduciary risk assessment; and value-for-money (VfM) analysis; (vi) municipal financing; and (vii) monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of social sector programmes/projects.
Over the years, Dr. Chaudhuri has conducted many management developments programmes for the executives of corporate sector, banks and financial institutions. Dr. (Col) James was commissioned in 1980 into the Bihar Regiment, known for the Galwan Heights leadership and gallantry, and rose to the rank of selection grade Colonel. Listening to the call of his personal vision “to enable young people to be globally competitive”, Dr. James sought early retirement and joined management education after a short stint in the corporate.
He is known for establishing the Leadership Assessment and Development Center at TAPMI, Manipal using integrated psychometrics developed through his research. He has developed and delivered several MDPs on leadership, thriving through conflicts, emotional intelligence, managing in VUCA environment, and other topics meant for the heads of organizations and senior leaders. With a PhD in stress and leadership, and acumen for guiding research honed during his study in Canada, James and his PhD students have forayed into unconventional areas such as physical exercise and creativity using random control technique (RCT) experiments, inspirational language and stock movement, organizational health practices and employee engagement. Dr. James has published a number of articles in ABDC journals and has written a comprehensive 23- chapter book “Organizational Behavior” published by Pearson, with content on behavior related issues not found in similar textbooks. After an illustrious 25 years in the army, he began to redefine his 40-year long career, commencing as president, Indeco Leisure hotels. Col James carved this business out of Sterling Holiday Resorts, using an asset light model. After this stint in the corporate, he moved to academics, as the founding director of Saintgits Institute of Management. Following this he worked with Standard Chartered Bank, as the first HR Head of fastgrowing Credit Card business and then as HR Head for Consumer Banking in India, responsible for integrating the Card business with Retail Banking. He joined GE in 2001 as Vice President HR for GE Healthcare, India. Bala also worked at the International HQ of GE Healthcare as the “OD Leader” for EMEA & Asia, based in Paris. After four years with Healthcare, he was rotated to GE Capital as the Executive VP, based in Tokyo for three years.
